Give a great new taste to your plain yogurt!

1 cup plain yogurt
1 garlic glove
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried mint
1/2 peeled and sliced cucumber

Mix the salt and the garlic together to make an almost paste like consistency. Add that, the dried mint, and cucumbers to the yogurt. Stir thoroughly and enjoy! :D

The ingredients are more to taste than actual measurements. If you want more garlic/mint/etc. feel free to add it. It will only enhance the flavors!
Make SURE you use plain yogurt. Not vanilla - that would be icky. :)

This sounds great. I love cucumber and plain yogurt tastes like sour cream. Thanks, Tarah!

No problem! I just started detox yesterday so I'm using my creativity to come up with good (hopefully healthy) food. I have a lebanese background so I'm using a lot of garlic, onions, etc. but hey it's good for ya!

Tarah - I made this tonight. It's great! I took a little too much leeway with your "taste" measurements, and next time I won't add 3 cloves of garlic. LOL! I used a whole cucumber, so I'll have enough for at least 3 servings.

I'm glad you liked it! I tend to use too much garlic too haha. If it makes it easier you can definitely use garlic powder to taste (although I'm not sure if it's allowed?) It's day 3 for me and I tried on a suit jacket that was a snug on me and already it's fitting my arms better! woohooo

Tarah - I added tomatoes tonight and it made a nice cucumber salad. So cool that your suit jacket is already fitting better! I love FS!

Chris - this is very good. I bet it would also be a good dip for sweet potato fries.
