Hi, whoever posted one of the crispy chickpea recipes said to mention if it helped to pan-fry them:
"NOTE: Several people have tried the recipe and the chickpeas came out chewey rather than crunchy. I found another recipe in vegan cookbook that said to lightly spray the peas and pan fry them on medium heat for 10 mins before baking and that helps them to crisp up. I haven't tried it yet but if you do, please let us know on the list if how it worked for you. Tks!"
