Hello everyone!!! :D I am on Cycle 2 Day 3 today!

I was really happy with my results from cycle 1 and alot of relatives noticed! :) If you would like to be my buddy along the way doing this program...feel free to send a PM to me and include an email..we could encourage each other to push harder. I always check out the forums everyday to get motivation...you should too!

I need to lose 25 more lbs. I lost 5 Lbs already and excited. I am 5'6" and now weigh 159 lbs. My mini goal is to lose a total of 15 lbs by May 3 and shed off the rest before my Bday in July. I know it is doable and I am willing to sacrifice all those big family parties we have to get to my goal weight.


Day 3 today was a bit challenging...seemed like I was hungry by the PM, I ate my snacks and mini meals... had to give in a small cup of coffee coz I was really just tired and sleepy. I might just use this rest day today since it is stated as a rest day. Last week, I had NO rest day.

OK, gotta go and I will share again tomorrow...for Day 4!

Day 4 today...

So far, I have all meals planned for today to stay on track. I couldn't do a morning wo as suggested..Instead, I will putl all required 75 mins in later after work. I usually use the elliptical and another DVD to workout. First time to eat turkey sandwhich in 10 days..hehe. It was yummy, I added tomatoes and lettuce plus used honey mustard instead of may. GOOD!

It was worth the rest yesterday! I got a good nights sleep and feel refreshed ready to tackle the next work out.

My day 3 was ok, but man I MISS MEAT. There was no meat on the menu today. I didnt workout today because i was busy doing my taxes. I really gotta get on my workouts. I've miss 2 already this week.

WOW! Day 5 is here... :o


I did really great with food yesterday! Though I was under some allergy symptoms and sinus..congestion etc. I worked out used the elliptical for 60 mins. 8) YEAY me!!! Feeling really good. Food yesterday was ok. I really loved the large veg salad I had.

OK, day 5 should be going smoothly. I can't wait again for my lunch today... get to eat a turkey sandwhich.

YUM!

Just jump right back in with your workouts. I actually like day 3's menu with the veggies and brown rice.. What I usually do with a menu that says 2 serv veg in it... I use fresch veggies such as brocolli, zucchini, mushrooms, onions garlic, and red bell pepper. Put in a skillet...spray the pan and sweat the garlic first. Then, I add all veggies..just a bit garlic/salt seasoning a little water and steam for 2 mins. on high. Then I pour 1-2 tsp light soy and mix. Very YUMMY!!! I eat this with the brown rice.

The book does say that we can use a little salt and soy. This is where I add them to my meal. The rest of my meals, I don't add salt.

YEAY...Day 6 and Cycle 2. Whew...the days sure went by fast, but, I am excited coz I want to reach my goals soon too! I am doing great...feeling good with this meal plan and I also put in my wo.

OK, I will share again later.

I just had my breakfast...oatmeal and fruit.

You're doing great Tere! I use a similar recipe when eating veggies and rice. I tell you I've never been a fan of that dish but I am now. Diced chicken breasts would go great with it! I MISS MEAT LOL!

Amazingly, I am not really missing meat now. I used the low carb high protein diet and used to eat lots of it. But now, as long as I have protein through some other source..I am ok. WOW..this diet really changed the way I look at food now.:) I can't wait to see where it will lead me once I am done with cycle 3?

You go with the 3LBS loss!!! WOHOOO!!!

OK...So, I weighed in today...Another 2 LBS loss!!! YIPEEE!!! I am on Cycle 3 Day 1 and oh sooo gonna smash it more this week. I am moving off to Cycle 3 boards, come drop me note.

TOTAL LOSS= 7 LBS to date

I'm loving it!

Yes...My clothes have been fitting really nice now and I don't see much waves if you know what I mean..LOL! I also tried on this pair of pants I know I would fit in coz I coudn't breath in them and also it was just way too tight. I fit it perfectly and I just wanted to roll over :)

I will post after measurements by end of this Month...
