I'm new to this forum. I've been searching for Fat Smash buddy support. This is day 3 of the Fat Smash Diet. I'm doing ok so far. I've tried new foods that i've never had before like tofu and chickpeas. They were both pretty good. Does anyone have recipes or ideas to help me to get through Phase I. It's getting a little mundane to me and i don't want to get off track . I open to any suggestions. I'm looking forward to meeting new Fat Smashers and also lending support in smashing the fat. I've been working out on the elliptical trainer and proud to say that i've worked upto 45 min in 3 days and burning 400+ calories and looking forward to stepping it up a notch. :D Good luck to all the Fat Smashers out there.

I mixed the oatmeal ( I hate oatmeal) with fruit (berries banana melon and grapes) and some soy milk and ice in a blender very good smoothie. Freeze it and make a nice frozen treat not quite ice cream but good al the same.

Eggs with no bread or sausage I am a Vegan so i have been eating soy meatless sausage with eggs and whole wheat bread. To replace the sausage i have been cooking seasoned mushrooms green and red pepper and green onions and eating it with the 4egg whites. someone told me to wrap it all in a lettuce leaf to take the place of bread i have not tried the lettuce yet the mushroom omelet is very good.

I cook the brown rice in a vegetable broth I get from the health food store not so bland

I use strawberry low fat soy yogurt to cover the melon (another good treat)

I started this passed Monday so far so good Good luck!!!!

The only real complain I have about the diet is I live in the bathroom it hard to get work done.

Thanks dwandad1

I will try all the things that you've suggested...the omelet really sounds tasty to me. I've been doing the oatmeal with fruit. Without it, the oatmeal is not appealing at all. You're absolutely right about living in the bathroom. Sometimes it seems i've just left out of there and make it to the kitchen and have to turn right back around. I hope Day 9 proves some great results. I can feel the difference in my clothes and I'm only on Day 4.
